Cynthia Kaplan, an approved accident prevention course teacher, will conduct a defensive driving class in October at the OSA office, 220 East 23rd Street, Suite 709, Manhattan (between 2nd and 3rd Avenues). This is an approved accident prevention course.
The class has a six hour requirement and will be held on two successive Thursday evenings, October 6 & 13, 2011 from 6pm - 9pm. You must attend both sessions. Refreshments will be served at 5:30pm.
If you successfully complete the course, you may save 10% off the cost of your automobile insurance or reduce four points from your driving record.
Even if you have taken these classes before, you must take them again every three years for insurance reduction or every 18 months to retain your point reduction.
OSA participants are being offered a discounted course rate of $35 if more than seven people attend. Relatives and friends are invited. You will be notified if a sufficient number of attendees register and the course will be given.
Send a check for $35 payable to "Cynthia Kaplan" to OSA, along with the form, to reserve your seat in the course. Do not make the check out to OSA! If fewer than seven people sign up, you will be notified that the course has been cancelled.
