OSA Pre-Retirement Seminar

This October, the Organization of Staff Analysts will hold a Pre-Retirement Seminar, for members approaching or contemplating retirement or for those who simply want an overview of the various financial and procedural implications of retirement from City service.

The single-session seminar will be led by John Murphy, former executive director of the NYC Employees Retirement System. Mr. Murphy was the executive director of NYCERS for many years. During his years of service, NYCERS was able to improve member services dramatically. For example, the current practice of personalized annual reports for members was initiated by him.
